Shipping policy

• Order Processing Time: All orders for stitched 2-piece and 3-piece collections are processed and dispatched within 2 to 3 business days from our Sharjah store.

 

• UAE Delivery Timelines:

• Standard UAE Delivery: 2 to 3 business days. 

• Remote Areas (UAE): 3 to 5 business days.

 

• Shipping Charges:

• Free shipping on orders over AED 300 within the UAE. 

• Standard flat-rate shipping fee of AED 25 applies across the UAE to orders below the free shipping threshold. 

• Shipping charges remote areas within UAE 35 AED 

• Cash on Delivery (COD) orders may incur a standard handling fee of AED 10 across the UAE.

 

• Tracking Your Order: Once dispatched, you will receive a tracking link via SMS or email to monitor your package in real time.

 

• International Shipping: If applicable, international orders take 5–10 business days depending on the destination. Customers are responsible for any local customs duties or import taxes imposed by their home country.
